Life Coaching enables the individual to take charge of his / her life in a very conscious and positive way.

Wild River

In sessions, I use mental pictures and metaphors quite a lot.

For example:
If life was represented by a river, and when you reached maturity, you were given a canoe and a paddle.  You then have two choices – one, to hold onto the side of the canoe and hope that everything will be okay as it carries you down the river, or, two, take the paddle and start taking control of the direction and speed as you travel.  The first choice places you in victim mode – the second gives you a far greater level of control – and is much more fun.  Which choice do you make on a daily basis?

Of course there are times in our lives when we need help to:

  • make positive changes to our life style;
  • make career changes;
  • see things from a different perspective;
  • overcome relationship problems .

So, when are you going to take hold of your paddle and control your own life??

I can help you -  using a range of ‘techniques’ that I have applied to myself to make positive and lasting changes to my life  -   and they work.
